Here's how to create a blog on blogger.com:

1. First the most important thing before you make a blog is to have a Google account (example: xxx@gmail.com). You can make it here.
2. Secondly if you already have a Google account then it is time to create your blog. Go to www.blogger.com site first. Click the orange button that says Get started.
3. Complete the registration form making the third blog on blogspot. and then click the Next button.
4. Then the page will appear to fill the Blog title and Address of your blog. Fill in the blog title and blog address as you wish. Notes : do not forget to click the Check Availability button. If the title and address of your blog has provided press the Next button.
5. Next will appear a page to Choose a theme or template of your blog. Choose one as you like and press the Next button and there will be a message that your blog has been created.
6. To start writing your article first login at www.blogger.com. Then click on New Post to start writing a new article. When it has finished writing an article then click Publish Post.
7. To view the article text you have written click View Blog. Then you will be directed to the front page of your blog.
