Float Image is an image contained on the blog, usually found on the corner. Examples can be found here (SONIC image on the bottom left corner).
How to make are as follows:
1. Log in to your blog.
2. Click Design -> Edit HTML.
3. Find the following code ]]></b:skin>.
4. Copy and paste the following script in the above code ]]></b:skin>.

Note : Bold red text is the position of the image. You can replace your like.
